Ducks Give 2025 is May 15, 2025!
ABOUT 'DUCKS GIVE' DAY OF GIVING
The University of Oregon is celebrating 10 years of Ducks Give on Thursday, May 15 across the UO campus and, virtually, around the world. This 24-hour campaign is a university-wide effort to inspire alumni, parents, and friends of the UO to give to an area of campus they're passionate about.
CALL TO ACTION
With the shifting landscape in college athletics, Oregon Athletics needs to make strategic decisions to ensure that we continue providing the resources necessary to compete at the highest levels of college athletics. We are one of fewer than 20 athletic departments nationwide that operates as a self-sustaining unit, receiving no institutional support or student fees. Every dollar generated by Oregon Athletics is reinvested directly into supporting the success of the 20 athletic programs and 481 student-athletes. Every donation is pivotal in allowing us to deliver an exceptional student-athlete experience and the competitive excellence we all enjoy at UO.
Oregon Athletics has set lofty goals for Ducks Give this year: we're seeking a total of 481 gifts to either the Duck Athletic Fund or Women In Flight before midnight on May 15. This benchmark is representative of one gift for each of the 481 student-athletes on Oregon's campus competing for 20 different varsity athletic programs.
DOUBLE PRIORITY POINTS ON 'DUCKS GIVE' GIFTS TO THE DUCK ATHLETIC FUND OR WOMEN IN FLIGHT
All gifts made to the Duck Athletic Fund or Women In Flight as part of Ducks Give will be awarded DOUBLE priority points for those gifts up to $2,500. These points will be valid for the remainder of the calendar year!
CHALLENGE GIFTS FOR OREGON ATHLETICS ON DUCKS GIVE
Oregon Athletics has secured over $50,000 in challenge gifts for Ducks Give, which will be unlocked once we hit different benchmarks throughout the Day of Giving. Gifts of any size make a HUGE impact as we look to reach our goal of 481 gifts and unlock all of our challenge gifts.
