Season ticket holders are encouraged to renew their season tickets online.
Go to the official ticket site of Oregon Athletics here. Choose from the following options:
- If you have never purchased tickets through our Account Manager site before: Click on the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right. Then enter the email address associated with your account and click ‘Next’. On the next screen click ‘Forgot Password’. A code will be sent to your email address. Once you enter that Reset Code, you will be able to create a password for your account.
- If you have purchased through our Account Manager site before: Sign in using the email address and password you have previously used online.
Once signed in, you will click on the Invoice button on the bottom of the page to view 2025 Volleyball Renewal and continue through the online process as prompted.
After submitting your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email confirming and detailing your order. Print this for your records.
The deadline to complete the 2025 renewal and retain loyalty pricing is Friday,March 14, 2025.

2025 is an open transfer year. Current season ticket holders interested in transferring all or some of their season ticket locations to another account holder should download and print a transfer form. Transfer forms must be completed and signed by both parties and then mailed to the address on the form. The deadline to receive transfer forms is March 14, 2024.

Every season ticket holder will have the opportunity to move or select new seats using our online, interactive, and real-time select a seat system for the 2025 Volleyball Season. Seat selection will occur in the Spring and appointment times will be sent approximately 1 (one) week in advance.

General Ticket Information
Address Changes: It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Please contact the Ticket Office at tickets@uoregon.edu with the changes desired or update your information in Account Manager.
Children / Lap Seat Policy: Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the venue.
Clear Bag Policy: Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. CLICK HERE for further clear bag information and a visual of permitted bags.
Lost or Destroyed Tickets: With our move to mobile tickets, your tickets will always be at your fingertips. Available anytime on your smartphone, you can access your tickets via the Go Ducks Gameday App. As long as you have your phone in hand and it is charged, you'll have your tickets. If you are having trouble accessing your tickets, you can always visit our box office on the day of the match.
Gates & Re-Entry: Gates open 60 minutes prior to the game. Re-entry is not permitted.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an order cannot be filled. Refunds will not be granted due to a game time or date change.
Student-Athlete Guest Admissions: Student-athlete guest admissions will take place at the West Entrance to Matthew Knight Arena. Student athlete guest admission begins 60 minutes prior to first serve. Photo ID is REQUIRED.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for purchase online, by phone or in-person. To check on availability or to make special arrangements, please call us at 1-800 WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Moshofsky Center.
Facility Enhancement Fee / Arena Bond Fee
The Facility Enhancement Fee is a fund that will ensure that all University of Oregon athletic facilities will be maintained and improved throughout the future of Oregon Athletics. All season and individual game tickets will include a Facility Enhancement Fee. Every ticket over $8 that is sold to an event at an University of Oregon Athletic facility will have a minimum $1 fee added to it. This fee goes to the payment of the bond that was used by the University for the building of Matthew Knight Arena.
