Quinn went 7-for-14 from the field and Blue went 6-for-8, leading the Bruins (5-4) to a 51.5 percent performance from the floor.
Oregon (8-2) had a seven-game winning streak snapped. Carolyn Ganes led the Ducks with 15 points on 7-for 10 shooting. Chelsea Wagner had 11 points, and Cicely Oaks and Gabrielle Richards had 10 apiece.
Lindsay Pluimer and Chinyere Ibekwe added 12 points apiece for UCLA. Pluimer also had eight rebounds to lead the Bruins.
