10/17/16 | Women's Golf
Teams Will Finish Round 2 at 8 a.m. (ET) On Tuesday Before Starting Final Round
GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Oregon women's golf team is currently in 13th place at the Greenville Regional Preview after the second of two rounds on Monday at Brook Valley Country Club was cut short due to darkness.
How It Happened: The Ducks opened the event with a 21-over 309 in the first round to sit in fifth going into the second, but has struggled a bit over the second 18 holes and currently is at 52-over with two holes left to play in round two. TCU currently leads the field and has an 11-stroke lead at 19-over.
Oregon was led on the opening day by senior Cathleen Santoso and freshman Brooke Hamilton, who are currently both tied for 23rd on the individual leaderboard at 11-over. Santoso's day was fueled by a solid first round in which she shot a 2-over 74, including an even-par front nine. Hamilton also enjoyed a strong first round, firing a 4-over 74 that included an eagle on the par-5 second hole.
Rounding out the Oregon lineup was sophomore Kathleen Scavo (+15, T52), freshman Amy Matsuoka (+15, T52) and sophomore Petra Salko (+21, T81).
Each player for the Ducks will have two holes remaining in round two before moving into the final round. The second round will resume at 8 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday.

T23. Cathleen Santoso (+11)
