The Oregon women's tennis team bolstered its roster Monday with the signing of two talented players, Allison Mulville and Lilly Mould, announced head coach Courtney Nagle.
"We are so thrilled to have Allison and Lilly join the Duck Family," said Nagle. "We are dedicated to creating a championship culture on and off the court and these two players are the perfect fit."
Mulville, a five star recruit according to tennisrecruiting.net, will be joining the Ducks in time for the 2019 spring season. The Hoschton, Ga., native has valuable experience, recently reaching the finals of the Icy Hot Southern USTA Level Two in Mobile, Ala. last month, and winning the USTA Level Three in Macon, Ga. this past July.
Mulville has also successfully competed against some of the nation's best players, notching three wins at the USTA National Hardcourts last summer and getting two wins at the USTA National Clay Courts.
Across the pond, Lilly Mould of Great Britain has also had immense success leading up to her signing with the Ducks. Mould claimed the U18 national title in 2017 and is currently ranked 13th nationally in Great Britain's U18 rankings. Mould was also the British U14 champion and a U16 national finalist.Â
Most recently, Mould competed in the finals of the last two British tour events in Great Britain. The decorated Brit was also a member of Team Great Britain at the Gyro 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival.Â
"They will represent the Ducks with the utmost professionalism, discipline and character," said Nagle. "We are thrilled to coach and support them in their college careers."
