Oregon next competes at the Pac-12 North Invitational (April 5-6) in Seattle.

BOISE, Idaho – The Oregon beach volleyball team lost a pair of duals Saturday to close out its weekend at the Boise State Beach Classic. The Ducks' No. 3 duo of Landree Coats and Bella Gamache split its two matches to finish the road trip with a 3-1 record.

The host Broncos clinched the day's first dual with wins at No. 2, 4 and 5 pairs, respectively, but Oregon grabbed the final two points with a pair of three-set results at spots one and three. Daley McClellan and Alina Valenti jumped out to an early advantage in the third against Marlayna Bullington and Sierra Land, earned the Ducks' first point—21-14, 16-21, 15-10—when the home team sent an attack long.

Meanwhile at No. 3 pairs, Coats and Gamache were also in a decisive third after splitting sets with Rorianna Chartier and Lily Patock. The BSU pair won the first three points of the frame and led 13-11 before the Ducks reeled off the final four points to give Oregon its second point

The Aggies swept their way through the first four points, clinching the dual with a win at the No. 5 spot. Coats and Gamache, looking for their fourth win of the weekend, took an early lead with a 21-18 result in the opening set. However, the UC Davis duo of Lindsay Heller and Sam Lazenby rallied to win in three to complete the Aggies' 5-0 victory.

Up Next: Conference teams gather for the Pac-12 North Invitational next weekend in Seattle, Wash. The Ducks' four-match slate at Alki Beach includes duals with Arizona, Utah, Arizona State and weekend host Washington. Oregon will then return to its home courts April 9 for Senior Day against Bushnell.
