"Really proud of our entire lineup today," head coach Derek Radley said. "We came out with a good plan and all five of our ladies did a great job of executing. I'm pleased with how we've competed these first two days and am looking forward to seeing how we can continue to improve tomorrow in the final round."
How it Happened: Singh was the first Duck on the course in round two and she got the day going with a bang, chipping in for her first collegiate eagle on hole No. 1. Oregon combined to shoot 4 under on the opening hole and 4 under on the front nine before going 8 under on the back nine.
Han was 2 over through her first six holes before catching fire to post the low round of the day for the Ducks. The freshman birdied four of her next six holes and then bounced back from a bogey at No. 16 with back-to-back birdies to close the round.
An posted a 2-under 69 for the second day in a row, opening with back-to-back birdies before making the turn at even par. She was flawless on the back nine, making consecutive birdies on holes 11 and 12 and closing with six straight pars.
Romero matched An with two birdies to start her day and was also even at the turn. She added two birdies of her own on the back nine but a bogey on No. 18 brought her one shot back of An with a 1-under 70. The two-time, first-team all-American has now shot par-or-better in 57 of 71 rounds as a Duck.
Chung has now shot under par in four of her last five rounds. She made three straight birdies on holes 6-8 and then opened the back nine with two in three holes en route to a 1-under 70.
