Oregon Athletics to Enhance NIL Program with Addition of Learfield Impact NIL Leadership and Content Positions
10/08/25 | General
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon Athletics and Learfield announced today that the Oregon Sports Properties team will create two new leadership positions dedicated to maximizing NIL partnerships for Oregon student-athletes. With the addition of an NIL Partnership Solutions Manager and a Learfield Studios Content Producer, Oregon will continue to be at the forefront of college athletics in providing innovative NIL opportunities for its student-athletes.
The on-campus leadership positions will play a crucial role within the team by accelerating NIL dealmaking, executing influencer marketing campaigns, prospecting brand partners and offering creative and activation support for student-athletes, coaches, and administration. These efforts heighten the student-athlete experience by ensuring that stakeholders have the tools, education, and resources needed to fully leverage the brand power of Oregon Ducks athletes.
"At Oregon, we're driven by bold innovation and a commitment to give our student-athletes every opportunity to succeed in all endeavors," said Rob Mullens, Oregon Athletic Director. "Name, image, and likeness opportunities have opened the door for creativity in how our athletes can build best their brands and connect with fans, and we want them to always have elite resources and support available. By investing in these additional roles, we're continuing to lead in creating a first-class experience and providing maximum opportunity for Oregon student-athletes to capitalize on their opportunities in this area."
These additional NIL leaders will contribute to grow NIL deals and create further opportunities for NIL collaboration through athlete sponsorships and original content for Oregon's more than 500 student-athletes across 20 sports. As one of the leading brands in college athletics, Oregon has experienced significant NIL momentum with national and local brand partners, including groundbreaking programs with Beats, DirecTV, Nature Made, and Turtle Box.
The new positions will enhance marketing efforts by combining Learfield Impact NIL services with on-campus content producers and existing social content specialists. This initiative will provide student-athletes with enhanced access to resources for brand development, strategic content creation, and customized NIL solutions. Additionally, Oregon will have access to Learfield's Compass NIL technology to facilitate deal transactions and gain insights into student-athlete interests that foster authentic brand connections.
"These Learfield Impact NIL leaders and content roles are clearly additive to the Oregon Student-Athlete experience," said Solly Fulp, Executive Vice President, NIL Growth & Development at Learfield. "The investment in dedicated NIL expertise and focus will continue to provide commercial opportunities for student-athletes and facilitate the stories that brand partners want to be aligned with."
