National Girls and Women in Sports Day Camp Set for Feb. 8

UO, WIF to host kids camp at Matthew Knight Arena.
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon Athletics and Women in Flight are thrilled to host young Duck fans at the National Girls and Women in Sports Day Camp on Sunday, Feb. 8, ahead of the Oregon women's basketball matchup against Ohio State at Matthew Knight Arena.
This free, one-hour camp runs from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and is open to children sixth grade and under. A registration form and waiver MUST be filled out prior to arrival, which is available at GoDucks.com/NGWSD.
The clinic will take place on the Matthew Knight Arena practice courts (enter through the East Entrance), and the camp will spotlight all of Oregon's women's sports. Coaches and student-athletes will lead fun, age-appropriate mini-clinics and skill activities across multiple sports.
Doors at the East Entrance open at 10:30 a.m. for check-in and access to the practice courts. Each participant will receive a complimentary Women in Flight poster and takeaway gift, courtesy of Women in Flight and presenting sponsor Toyota.
