4/29 Spring Practice Report
On Thursday afternoon, the Duck football team practiced in full gear for one final time before Saturday's Spring Game. Prior to practice, head coach Mike Bellotti again addressed expectations for the scrimmage as well as its format.
"There will be a very creative and exciting scoring system to reward the offense, defense and special teams for the plays that they make and [we'll] hopefully keep it competitive so there will be a green vs. white scrimmage," said Bellotti. "Much the same as last year. . . maybe an improved version of last year."
The Ducks conclude the spring season with the Spring Game on Saturday, May 1 in Autzen Stadium. Kickoff is set for 12:30pm. Admission to the Spring Game will be a donation of three non-perishable food items to benefit Food for Lane County.
