Mizusawa, Kraayeveld on Pac-10 All-Academic Women's Basketball Team
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. ? Corrie Mizusawa made the Pac-10 Women's Basketball All-Academic First Team for the second straight year while senior teammate Cathrine Kraayeveld landed on the second team, conference commissioner Tom Hansen announced Wednesday.
Two other Ducks ? freshman Kaela Chapdelaine and sophomore Eleanor Haring ? made the all-academic honorable mention list.
Mizusawa holds a 3.84 grade-point average in educational studies/biology while Kraayeveld has a 3.32 in family and human services.
Only Stanford had more student-athletes on the first or second teams (two on the first, one on the second). Washington State also had one each on the first and second teams.
Kraayeveld was an honorable mention pick twice ? in 2003 and 2002.
