Softball Adjusts Schedule To Add Doubleheader Vs. UC Davis
EUGENE -- The 25th-ranked University of Oregon softball team will add a non-conference doubleheader vs. UC Davis Thu., May 5 beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Davis, Calif. The Ducks were originally slated to host Portland State at Howe Field on Weds., but have now moved that game to Tues., May 3 at 4 p.m. The remainder of Oregon’s schedule that week will stay the same with games vs. Stanford (Fri., 7 p.m.), California (Sat., 1 p.m.; Sun., 1 p.m.)
Oregon was rained out of 10 games in the preseason, but with the addition of the UC Davis games and an added doubleheader vs. Santa Clara on April 11, the Ducks will have made up four of those games.
The Ducks host Arizona this Friday at 4 p.m., Arizona State Saturday at 3 p.m. and Arizona State again Sunday at 1 p.m.
