The honorable mention All-American (J.C. Grid-Wire) is ranked 34th in the country among junior college recruits by rivals.com. Helped pave the way for the Wolverines to finish the regular season 12th in the state in total offense (430.7 avg.). The two-time all-Mid Empire Conference pick proved to be a dominant force along the offensive line at tackle at the junior college level yet possesses the athleticism to play either tackle or guard in Oregon’s offense which places a premium on strength up the middle. Developed into a key component for a program which extended its winning streak to 37 games before dropping a late-season contest to Feather River College. Yet Sierra still finished 25th nationally in the final J.C. Grid-Wire poll with a 9-2 record following a 35-24 win over Butte in the Holiday Bowl. Enrolled at Oregon at the start of the winter term and will benefit from taking part in off-season workouts.
