Come celebrate the community’s youth on Youth Day at Oregon Athletics on April 30, 2006. In an effort to recognize the community's youth, the University of Oregon Athletic Department and KUGN will be hosting Youth Day on Sunday April 30, 2006. The day's festivities will be highlighted by a double-header featuring Oregon Lacrosse and Softball taking on the California Golden Bears. The Oregon Lacrosse game will take place first at 11:00am, while the softball game will follow at 1:00pm against the #6 Golden Bears. Upon conclusion of the Oregon Lacrosse game all those participating in Youth Day are invited to ride the KUGN Double-Decker Bus to the Oregon Softball game at 1:00pm. The Double-Decker Bus will provide transportation to softball game at 1:00pm and a return trip to Pap? Field after the softball game. To participate in Youth Day please simply print off a Youth Day voucher by clicking here. Redeem the voucher at the Pap? Field ticket window on the day of the game and receive a special reduced admission price of $2 per person. One ticket receives admission to both games and transportation to and from Howe Field on the KUGN Double-Decker Bus. Local youth groups and organizations are also encouraged to contact the University of Oregon Marketing office to be included in a special Youth Day announcement.
