Oregon Twilight Meet Info

Entry Deadline
All entries are due by Monday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
Entry Procedure
All entries must be completed online with Direct Athletics at www.directathletics.com. Entries will not be accepted by telephone, fax, or e-mail. If you do not already have an account with Direct Athletics you will need to create one prior to entering the meet by visiting www.directathletics.com, clicking the “New Users Click Here” button, and then following the instructions.
Open / Club Entries
Open, club, and unattached entrants must first contact the meet director, Michael Reilly, at mfreilly@uoregon.edu in order to obtain a password for Direct Athletics for this meet. A limited number of open, club, and unattached entries will be accepted to enhance the fields for the meet.
Entry Fees
Fees are $20 per athlete entered and $20 per relay team entered. The maximum entry fee for a team is $300 per team, per gender (i.e. $300 for women, $300 for men). Please make checks payable to Oregon Track and Field. Payment is due at packet pick-up.
Field Sizes
We will accept entries so as not to exceed two sections in all running events. Field events will be limited to 12 competitors. Preference will be given to NCAA Division I institutions. Meet management reserves the right to select which entries are accepted in all events. A limited number of open, club, and unattached entries will be accepted to enhance the fields for the meet.
Accepted Entries
All accepted entries will be posted on goducks.com by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3.
Meet Schedule
Events are subject to cancellation if we receive an insufficient number of entries. If needed, a revised schedule will be posted on goducks.com by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3.
Scratches
Please contact the meet director (Michael Reilly) with ALL scratches as soon as you know them. This can be done by either email (mfreilly@uoregon.edu) or fax (541-346-5243).
Packets
Coaches and athletes may pick up packets at the Bowerman Building (located on 15th Street at the northwest corner of the track) on Friday, May 5 beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Implement Inspection
Implement inspection will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the southeast corner of Hayward Field. All implements must be inspected at least one hour before the start of the event.
Training Room
Athletic trainers will be present in the Bowerman Building. Requests for use of training modalities must be made to Clay Jamieson at 541-346-2258.
Spikes
Spikes must not exceed 1/4". High jumpers and javelin throwers may use 3/8" spikes (in the heel only, if necessary).
