Hirt and Seremeta Advance to Final of Invitational Draw

OJAI, Calif. ? Oregon’s doubles duo of Claudia Hirt and Carmen Seremeta advanced to the final of the Pac-10 Doubles Invitational bracket at the Ojai Tournament, Saturday in Ojai, Calif.

The pair played a great tactical match against California’s Claire Ilcinkas and Mariana Ravelojaona winning, 8-5, according to head coach Nils Schyllander.

“I thought they played super every point, they made the right play and hit very good shots,” Schyllander said.

The pair will face Arizona State’s Wendy Pilecka and Rebecca Rankin Sunday at 12:30 in the final.
