About the NCAA West Regional Championships
Scheduled for Saturday, November 10 at Springfield Country Club north of near Springfield, the meet will start at 11 a.m., and will feature all Division 1 teams from the states of Arizona, California, Hawai'i, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
After the races, FINAL RESULTS will be posted here afterwards, and the page will also have links to MEET PICTURES, RACE RECAPS and ATHLETE QUOTES.
The top two teams and and four individuals from the women's 6,000- and men's 10,000-meter races will advance automatically to the NCAA Championships, Monday, November 19.
The men's 10,000m race will start at 11 a.m., and the women's 6,000m race follows at 12:15 p.m.
Admission is free, and and course maps are available in the links to the right.
*NOTE: Spectator parking will be free at the Mohawk Elementary School nearby on Sunderman Road. A shuttle bus will then transport spectators to the course at the Springfield Country Club. The shuttle will run continuously, beginning at 9:30 a.m., and please allow sufficient time to use the park-and-ride shuttle (a map is available in the links to the right).
To reach the Mohawk Elementary School from downtown Eugene: ? Take 105E/126E and stay on 126E for 7 miles. ? Take the 42nd Street/Marcola exit and make a left on 42nd street for 0.4 miles. ? Make a right on Marcola for 5.5 miles, going 1 mile past the Springfi eld Country Club. ? Turn right on Sunderman Road. ? The Mohawk Elementary School will be on your right after ? mile.
