Meet Information
Entry Procedure
We will need a list of all competitors for each race by Friday, August 28. Please return the attached spreadsheet to Michael Reilly at mfreilly@uoregon.edu.
Entry Deadline
All entries are due to Michael Reilly at mfreilly@uoregon.edu by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28.
Declaration Deadline
A list of accepted entries will be sent to coaches by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18.
Open Competitors
A limited number of open, club, and unattached entries will be accepted to enhance the fields for the meet. Interested individuals must contact Michael Reilly at mfreilly@uoregon.edu to request an invitation to compete. Not all requests will be granted an invitation.
Entry Fee Structure
There are no entry fees for Oregon’s Pre’s Trail Pre-View.
Course Description
Oregon’s Pre’s Trail Pre-View will be run completely on Pre’s Trail at Alton Baker Park, except for Segment A (see course map). The course terrain is mostly bark dust except for Segment A which is gravel. Participants will cross a wood bridge, three times for the men’s race and twice for the women’s race.
Packets
Team packets will be available at the start/finish line at 4:30 p.m. Packets will contain racing bibs, meet information, and course maps.
Athletic Training
Athletic trainers will be present at the course on Friday starting at 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Elisha Cusumano at cusumano@uoregon.edu 541-335-9787.
Results
Results will be available at the finish line and on GoDucks.com at the conclusion of the meet.
Media
We ask all coaches and athletes to be available to speak to the media after the competition. Requests for media information should be directed to Greg Walker, Associate Director of Media Services, at gswalker@uoregon.edu or 541-346-2252.

Driving Directions From Portland/Corvallis:
I-5 South toward SALEM
Take the COBURG RD. exit, EXIT 2, toward DOWNTOWN.
Take the COBURG ROAD ramp.
Keep LEFT at the fork to go on SOUTHWOOD LN.
Turn LEFT onto COUNTRY CLUB RD.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto CLUB RD.
Take RIGHT onto Day Island Rd.
End at Alton Baker Park at end of Day Island Rd.
Parking
Parking is available at Alton Baker Park at the end of Day Island Rd. Spectator parking will be in the same lot adjacent to the start/finish line.
