Duckling Donations Sought @ Oregon Twilight

EUGENE - Donations will continue to be to collected for UO's adopted Duckling for the 2006-07 school year at the Oregon Twilight track and field meet, Saturday May 5, at Hayward Field.
Eugene native Mason Riley May was diagnosed with with an advanced case of Medulloblastoma, a cancer characterized by brain tumors. Three months before he was to turn eight years old, Mason was taken to the doctor for a persistent headache, and two days later was undergoing surgery to remove the largest of his six brain tumors.
Contributions from Duck fans will directly provide emotional and financial support both Mason and his family as he continues to undergo treatments.
The meet starts with the women's discus at 3:02 p.m. The first running event - the women's 5,000m begins at 3:15 p.m. - and the event concludes with an elite men's 5,000m that starts at 7:40 p.m.
