Celebrate Our National Championship
Join University of Oregon Students and Staff in congratulating the 2007
Men's Cross Country Team for their 2007 National
Championship.
Thursday, February 21 at 4:30 in the Fir Room at the Erb Memorial Union, the university community will join together to celebrate the 2007 National Championship won by the Oregon Men's Cross Country Team. It is Oregon's first national championship in more than a quarter century. Free pizza, hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served, and the first 150 fans to attend will receive a free Nike National Championship T-Shirt.
Members of the 2007 National Champions will be on hand, as will Director of Oregon Track and Field and Cross Country Vin Lananna, and Oregon Athletic Director Pat Kilkenny. A small program will follow brief highlights of the national championship competition held last fall.
