Oregon Baseball Cancels One Session of Prospect Camp

EUGENE, Ore. ? The Oregon Baseball program has canceled its prospect camp initially scheduled for June 7-8, but will continue to take reservations for the remaining sessions in July and August.
Coach George Horton and his staff are hosting a series of
prospect and youth camps throughout the summer. The prospect
camps are open to all high school players, and the youth camps are
broken up into sessions for players entering sixth through eighth
graders as well as those entering second through fifth grade.
Session II is a three-day camp from July 10-12, and Session V is an overnight camp August 15-16. Youth camps will be made up of Session III on July 14-17 for grades 6-8, and Session IV July 21-24 for grades 2-5. Tuition costs vary depending on the session.
Accompanying Coach Horton and his assistants, Jason Gill and Andrew Checketts, will be some of the best high school and junior college coaches from the State of Oregon. The Oregon baseball staff teaches more than just baseball. They will help kids develop a winning attitude, learn good work habits, understand the importance of academics, and more importantly, learn the benefits of always doing their best. Campers will receive a high level of instruction and competition in all aspects of the game.
All campers will receive a t-shirt and lunch at each day’s workout.
