Walker's Pace: Rupp and Eaton Need Your Votes Now!

Ashton Eaton and Galen Rupp are in need of your help to win the first annual Bowerman, an award bestowed by the USTFCCCA to the national track and field athlete of the year.

Rupp and Eaton are two of three finalists, along with .German Fernandez of Oklahoma State, who currently leads the fan contest. Fan voting accounts for one of the official Bowerman ballots, so every vote counts! Fan voting ends Friday, so don't delay in casting your vote.
Rupp was a six-time NCAA champion last season (cross country, indoor 3K, 5K and DMR, outdoor 5K and 10K), while Eaton won both NCAA combined events -- the indoor heptathlon and the outdoor decathlon. And both men represented the United States as members of Team USA at the IAAF Wold Championships in Berlin.
