Rupp to be Guest on the Writer's Block Wednesday Morning

Four-time NCAA champion Galen Rupp will be a guest on the Writers Block, the local sports talk radio show hosted by Eugene Register-Guard columnist George Schroeder. The show airs locally in Eugene-Springfield on 95.3 FM between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Rupp is scheduled to join the program at about 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday.
They'll talk about Rupp's first-ever college dual meet, as the Ducks will be hosting UCLA at 12:35 p.m. on Saturday at Historic Hayward Field.
The Blog really doesn't have the words to quantify Rupp's 2008-09 season, but suffice to say it's already one for the ages with four individual NCAA championships under his belt in leading the Men of Oregon to the 2008 NCAA Cross Country and 2009 NCAA Indoor Track and Field national titles.
