Walker's Pace: Nick Symmonds Featured at Final "Tuesdays in Track Town"

Nick Symmonds of Oregon Track Club Elite, the reigning USA 800 meter champion, will be one of the featured speakers at the final "Tuesdays in Track Town" town hall meeting, which will take place tomorrow at 7 p.m. at the Bowerman Building.
Both Symmonds and selected University of Oregon student-athletes will speak about the upcoming national championships -- both the NCAA meet and the USA Track and Field Championships, which come to Historic Hayward Field June 25-28, during the hour-long session.
In addition, Oregon Associate Athletic Director Vin Lananna will look ahead at the future of Track Town, USA.
On another note, Alex Wolff was a late addition to the Pac-10 All-Academic second team. An All-American, Wolff is a junior from Newberg with a 3.73 grade point average in human physiology.
