The Junior Resident Camp is for girls entering grades 5-8 and runs from June 18-21. The cost is $375 for those campers who use UO lodging, while the cost is $315 for the commuter camper. If club or high school teams consisting of 12 or more players attend the camp, each player will receive a $70 discount.
The Resident/Elite Camp, scheduled for July 10-13, is for girls entering grades 9-12. Camp fee is $425 for the residential camper and $355 for the commuter camper. The camp is open to individual players as well as high school and club teams (with 12 or more members). There is a $70 discount for team members attending with their high school and club squads.
Oregon Athletics is synonymous with national success and each camper will benefit from their shared camp experience with the Ducks. Our championship atmosphere, innovative training and state-of-the-art facilities will provide campers with the same opportunities that every UO student-athlete experiences.
The residential campers will utilize all the same facilities as the Oregon soccer team and will be given the opportunity to be coached and evaluated by the Oregon soccer staff. Each camper will also play with and against current Oregon soccer players. Campers will have no more than a 12:1 camper to staff ratio within their sessions.
In addition all campers will take part in the following learning sessions:
* Nutrition for the College Soccer Player
* Intro to NCAA Compliance
* Academic Preparation for the College Bound Student-Athlete
* Daily Speed & Agility
One of the aspects that continues to set the UO Soccer Camp apart from many others is the involvement of the UO soccer staff. Each camp will be directed by head coach Tara Erickson, associate head coach Lauren Hanson and assistant coach Mac Wilson.
Erickson and her staff have all coached and played at the highest levels and strive to create a camp environment that fulfills each camper's expectations. Additional coaches and staff members will include other top-notch college, club and Olympic Development Program coaches.
