The University of Oregon Athletic Department uses a priority point system to allocate all benefits related to the University of Oregon Athletic Department. The system is calculated by using a formula that takes into account consecutive years of season ticket purchase and donations to the Duck Athletic Fund. Lost or Destroyed Tickets Go BACK
There is a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets do not need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund* members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.
Duplicated tickets will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request.
*NOTE: Duck Athletic Fund members are allowed to replace one set of game tickets without being charged. DAF members will be charged the full amount on their second duplicate request.
CLEAR BAG POLICY Go BACK
To enhance public safety and make stadium access more efficient, the University of Oregon adopted a Clear Bag Policy. Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations Go BACK
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
Address Changes Go BACK
Football
For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an address change form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Address changes for the mailing of 2013 season football tickets must be received by June 21, 2013 to ensure tickets will be delivered on-time and to the correct address. If you think you may not be able to receive your tickets via mail, we suggest requesting that your season tickets be held at will-call for pick up at the Casanova Ticket Office before the first game.
All Sports EXCEPT Football

Accessible Seating Go BACK
Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the UO Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 1-800 WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center.
Children / Lap Seat Policy Go BACK
Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Autzen Stadium, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the venue.
Gates, Doors & Re-entry Policy Go BACK
Acrobatics and Tumbling, Matthew Knight Arena
Doors open 60 minutes prior to event. Re-entry is not allowed.
Baseball, PK Park
Gates open 60 minutes prior to the first pitch. Re-entry permitted.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Matthew Knight Arena
Doors open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Re-entry is not allowed.
Football, Autzen Stadium
Gates open 3 hours prior to kick-off. Access to seating bowl is 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Re-entry is not allowed.
Lacrosse, Papé Field
Gates open 60 minutes prior to the match. Re-entry permitted.
Soccer, Papé Field
Gates open 60 minutes prior to the match. Re-entry permitted.
Softball, Howe Field
Gates open 60 minutes prior to the first pitch. Re-entry permitted.
Track and Field, Hayward Field
Gates open 60 minutes prior to the first event. Re-entry permitted.
Volleyball, Matthew Knight Arena
Doors open 60 minutes prior to the match. Re-entry is not allowed.
Will Call Go BACK
Football
Will Call for the Football Season will be located at the South Ticket Office of Autzen Stadium. The South Ticket Building will also handle all media, player guest, and recruit Will Call. The North Ticket Building will handle strictly visiting school and high school coaches Will Call. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Men’s Basketball
The Matthew Knight Arena Will Call Windows are located at the West Box Office. The office will open 1 1/2 hours prior to tip-off and close at half time. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Women’s Basketball
Will Call for the Women's Basketball season will be located at the Autzen Complex prior to gameday. 1 1/2 hours prior to tip-off Will Call will open at the ticket window next to the East Matthew Knight Arena enterance. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Track and Field
Will Call for track and field will be located at the ticket windows near Gate 1 on the north side of the Bowerman Building (located on 15th St.) starting 1 and a half hours prior to the first event. Photo ID is REQUIRED. Will Call closes approximately 1 hour prior to the conclusion of the meet.

Student Athlete Guest Admissions Go BACK
Football
University of Oregon athlete guest admissions will take place at the new ticket building on the south side of Autzen stadium (on Leo Harris). Visiting school student athlete guest admissions will take place at the north side ticket office of Autzen stadium (on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.). Student athlete guest admission begins 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Men’s Basketball
University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place at the West Gate at Matthew Knight Arena starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Women’s Basketball
University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place inside the East Matthew Knight Arena entrance starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Track and Field
University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place near Gate 1 on the west side of the Bowerman Building (located on 15th St.) starting 1 hour prior to the first event. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
