UO Earns Coaching Staff of the Year

EUGENE, Ore. - After a third straight Pac-12 title in 2015, head coach Mike White and his assistants were named NFCA Pacific Region coaching staff of the year.
White was joined in the dugout this season by assistant coaches Jimmy Kolaitis and Chelsea Spencer plus volunteer assistant Damian Williams. Megan Murphy served as the director of operations.
It is the third straight time the group has claimed the honor, also winning Pacific Region coaching staff of the year in 2013 and 2014.
This season White became Oregon's all-time winningest coach and now has a record of 280-83-1 in six full seasons at the helm.
White and his staff have turned Oregon into a softball power over the last few seasons, going to three Women's College World Series over the last four years.
The Ducks have earned 12 All-America honors in White's six seasons, plus 33 all-region choices and 24 all-Pac-12 honorees.
Oregon has won 24 of its last 26 Pac-12 series and is a perfect 18-0 in NCAA Regional games under White.
