A: The Lucenti Experience Pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. To access your passes download the Oregon Ducks Gameday App for your iPhone or Android phone.
Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Lucenti Experience Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission in Autzen Stadium and seat assignments will be managed via the Oregon Ducks Gameday App.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Autzen Stadium.
Q: Are Lucenti Experience Passes refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Lucenti Experience Pass purchases are non-refundable.

ENTERING AUTZEN STADIUM
Q: How do I get into Autzen Stadium with my Lucenti Experience Pass?A: Your ticket(s) for all games can be found by going to the Oregon Ducks Gameday App on your iPhone or Android phone. Have the app open and tickets viewable before arriving at the gate for entry.

This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Autzen Stadium.
Q: Will I get my ticket locations before the Autzen gates open.
A: Yes! Your tickets and barcodes will show 4 hours prior to kickoff, gates to get into Autzen will open 3 hours beforehand.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Autzen Stadium together.
LUCENTI EXPERIENCE PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a ticket for all games with the Lucenti Experience Pass?A: Yes! Fans will receive a reserved ticket for each home game for each purchased pass.
Q: How can I sit with friends that also purchased a Lucenti Experience Pass?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee seating together with other Lucenti Experience Pass holders, although it may happen purely by luck of the draw. Seating is assigned at random to each pass holder.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the North or South box offices on gameday, and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Lucenti Experience.
Q: Can I request to sit in a certain section or area?
A: Tickets are assigned at random based on the general availability of tickets for a particular game.
EXCHANGING PASSES
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared, forwarded, or resold. Admission to Autzen Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the Oregon Ducks Gameday App on your mobile device.
