ENTERING MATTHEW KNIGHT ARENA
Q: How do I get into Matthew Knight Arena with my Mobile Game Day Pass?A: Your ticket for all games can be found by going to the Oregon Ducks Gameday App on your iPhone or Android phone. Have the app open and tickets viewable before arriving at the gate for entry.
Q: Will I get my ticket locations before doors open?
A: Yes! Your tickets and barcodes will show approximately 4 hours prior to tip off, doors to get into Matthew Knight Arena will open 1 hour prior to game time.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device. You and your guest will need to arrive at Matthew Knight Arena together.
MOBILE GAME DAY PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a ticket for all games with the Mobile Game Day Pass?A: Yes! Approximately four hours before tip off on each game day, your reserved tickets will be available to view.
Q: How can I sit with friends that also purchased a Mobile Game Day Pass?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee seating together with other Mobile Game Day Pass holders, although it may happen purely by luck of the draw. Seating is assigned at random to each pass holder.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the North box office inside window on game day and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Mobile Game Day Pass. You will still need the Mobile Game Day Pass barcodes to enter the venue.
Q: Can I request to sit in a certain section or area?
A: Tickets are assigned at random based on the general availability of tickets for a particular game. For example, lower demand games will have more lower level seats assigned, while higher demand games will likely be located in the 200 level areas.
EXCHANGING PASSES
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared, forwarded, or resold. Admission to Matthew Knight Arena and seat assignments will be managed through the Oregon Ducks Game Day App on your mobile device.
