Ticket Policies
THE TICKET-HOLDER (“HOLDER”) AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
All persons ages 2 and up must have a ticket for admissions, although certain events will require a ticket for all persons. Re-entry is permitted only as authorized. Contact the Athletic Ticket Office in advance (541-346-4461) to inquire about your event.
By submitting this ticket for admission to a game or event, the holder assumes all risk of loss or injury direct or incidental to the athletic event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and releases and agrees that the University of Oregon, its Board of Trustees, employees, and agents are not liable for any claims or liabilities for negligence or other cause of loss, damage, or injury.
Your ticket is a revocable license and the University of Oregon reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any patron from the event venue at any time, for any reason permitted by law. This right to eject includes, but is not limited to, ejecting any patron that does not abide by any federal, state, county, city, or University public health or safety laws, orders, or policies, or is otherwise jeopardizing public safety. Admission is guaranteed only for tickets purchased from UO Athletics or authorized agencies. Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger players, coaches, officials, others, or property will result in immediate ejection without refund of admission price. Glass containers, metal containers, weapons, fireworks, explosives and munitions are not permitted in the facility. Additional items and certain conduct may be prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted except where it is legally dispensed and consumed. Upon entry, persons are subject to search by electronic wand, and any items are subject to inspection.
Event times, dates, opponent, and rosters are subject to change, but changes are not grounds for refund/exchange. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests and sweepstakes), or other purposes without the express written consent of UO Athletics. UO Athletics reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket due to breach of the license or by refunding the price printed. University of Oregon is designated Smoke/Tobacco-free. The use of all tobacco products, which includes the act of smoking, is prohibited on University controlled property.

PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS TICKET CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
