The Arena parking district is a pre purchased parking pass which allows the permitted vehicle to park in the Fairmont Neighborhood for more than the two hour posted time limit.
The Arena parking district is located as close as 1 block from Matthew Knight Arena. Depending on location of where you park, it can be approximately 3-10 minute walk through the beautiful neighborhood.

13th Avenue Garage (Pre-Purchased Parking)

The 13th Avenue Garage is attached to the Arena. With the proper digital garage parking pass displayed, you can access the 13th Avenue Garage via 13th & Agate.
Directions from:
Springfield/ I-5
Drive westbound down Franklin Blvd, turn left at the light onto Villard St. Drive one block and take a right onto 15th Ave. Turn right onto Agate St. Continue 1 block, traffic flaggers will direct you to turn right onto 13th Ave. You must have your digital garage parking pass displayed in the rearview mirror in order for the flaggers to allow you to access 13th Ave.
Downtown/Ferry Street Bridge
Drive eastbound down Franklin Blvd, turn right at the light onto Agate St. Traffic flaggers will direct you to turn left onto 13th Ave. You must have your digital garage parking pass displayed in the rearview mirror in order for the flaggers to allow you to access 13th Ave.
South Eugene
Drive northbound down Agate St. As you approach 13th Ave. traffic flaggers will direct you to turn right onto 13th Ave. You must have your digital garage parking pass displayed in the rearview mirror in order for the flaggers to allow you to access 13th Ave.
Once you access 13th Ave., continue to have your digital garage parking pass displayed, the traffic flaggers will direct you into the 13th Avenue Garage.
Garage Traffic Flow:
After exiting onto Villard St., cars can turn toward Franklin or right toward 15th Ave. Cars turning south toward 15th will not be permitted to drive south of 15th Ave. into the Fairmont Neighborhood, and will be forced to turn east or west down 15th Ave. For events without transit shuttles, exit the garage is the same as entry. Once back on 13th, left or right is possible at this time.
NOTE: ALL TRANSPORTATION is somewhat fluid as we see behaviors, make adjustments all with SAFETY in mind.

- Take a left on Garden Avenue, which continues to Millrace Drive
- The garage will be on the right
- Drive eastbound down Franklin Blvd
- Take a left on Riverfront Avenue at the light.
- Take a right on Millrace Drive.
- The garage is on the left
- Drive northbound on Agate Street
- Drive straight through the Franklin Blvd intersection to Riverfront.
- Take a right on Millrace Drive
- The garage is on the left

Additional Information:
Drop-offs and Pickups- I would like to drop off my mobility challenged spouse. Where can I do so at the arena?
- For all drop-offs a pick ups, due to safety reasons, patrons are encouraged to use Villard St. near the South-East corner of Matt Arena or behind the arena off 15th Ave.
- I use RideSource. Will this be in place for special arena events? If so, how do drop-offs and pickups work?
- LTD and Ridesource will be directed to use the Jaqua Academic Center parking lot for these customers. Enter 13th via Agate St.
Limousine and Party Bus Drivers- Where can limousine drivers drop off customers?
- In order to accommodate the special needs of Limousines, related to patron drop off, parking and patron pick up, all limousine drivers are required to call 541-346-5500 for detailed information.
- I have a party bus or other large group to drop off at the arena - where can I do so?
- In order to accommodate the special needs of party buses and large groups in relation to patron drop off, parking and patron pick up, all bus/group drivers are required to call 541-346-5500 for detailed information.
Traffic Flow- Are there certain streets that will be blocked off during concerts and outside events?
- 13th Avenue will be monitored for ADA needs and Parking Garage access. Also, the west bound turn right lane from Franklin Blvd. onto 13th Ave. will be CLOSED when Transit Shuttles are operated.
- When will street closures take place?
- Street closures will likely begin two hours prior to the event’s start time.
- Will the traffic flow differently before the event than afterwards?
- Yes. Traffic will be directed away from the Fairmont Neighborhood post event.
- I live in the Fairmont Neighborhood. How do I get into or out of the neighborhood during a special event?
- We will do our best to work with Fairmont neighbors to make the neighborhood streets safe and accessible for residents. Please have patience and understanding as we learn how best to manage the requirements and safety considerations from the City of Eugene.
