2017-18: Outdoor - Competed in both the 5,000 meters and the steeplechase at the NCAA West Regional where he recorded a new personal best in both ... Placed fifth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:02.67) and earned four points for Oregon at the PAC-12 Championships ... Also competed in the 5,000 meters (14:22.82) at the PAC-12 Championships ... Finished the 1,500 in 3:48.74 at the Oregon Twilight ... Recorded a personal record and placed eighth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 8:55.77 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Placed fourth in the steeplechase with a time of 9:05.91 at the Pepsi Invitational ... Took fifth place in section three of the 5000 meters (14:06.03) at the Stanford Invitational. Indoor - Crossed the finish line in the 3000 meters in 8:00.49 at the MPSF Championships ... Won the 5,000 meters in his first time ever competing in the event with a mark of 14:03.00 at the Husky Classic ... 2016-17: Outdoor - Took seventh place in the steeplechase (9:04.47) and 11th place in the 5000 meters (14:21.61) at the Pac-12 Championships... Ran the 1500 meters in 3:56.85 at the Stanford Invitational... Competed in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase (9:09.0) at the Mt. SAC Relays... Competed in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase (9:10.02) at the Penn Relays... Competed in the 1500 meters (3:52.72) at the Oregon Twilight. Indoor - Finished the 3000 meters with a time of 08:13.01 at the UW Indoor Preview... Took eighth place in the mile (4:09.3) at the Columbia EastWest Challenge... Finished the 3000 meters in 8:08.20 at the Husky Classic... Competed in the 3000 Meters (8:11.04) at the MPSF Championships. Cross Country - Finished third (24:34.20) running unattached in the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational.
Prep: A two-time state 3,000 meter champion for Sheldon High School … Timed a prep-best 8:21.89 to win the 2016 3,000 crown as a senior … Following the high school season, ran a prep-best 3:50.61 1,500 meters at the Prefontaine Classic … Won both the 1,500 and 3,000 meters at the 2015 6A Oregon State Championships … Placed in the top 10 of the Oregon State Cross Country Championship all four years, finishing 10th as a freshman and then 5th as a sophomore, junior and senior.
