2017-18: Cross Country - Redshirt season.
2016-17: Indoor - Competed in both the 3000 meters (8:21.45) and the mile (4:08.88) at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Helped the DMR team take first place (9:30.86) and also took 16th place in the 3000 meters (8:21.30) at the Columbia EastWest Challenge... Set a personal record in the mile with a time of 3:58.34 at the Husky Classic... Placed third overall in the 3000 Meters (7:52.51) at the MPSF Championships. Cross Country - Finished fourth at the Washington Invitational (23.28.10), scoring points for the Ducks... Took fourth overall at the 2016 ISU Pre-National Invitational with a time of 24:07.7... Was the Ducks' fourth finisher (28th overall) in the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 25:03.7... Finished second overall and for the Ducks at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 29:44.9... 2015-16: Outdoor - A U.S. Olympic Trials competitor at 1,500 meters ... Also the Pac-12 runner-up at 1,500 meters ... Won the 1,500 at the Oregon Twilight (3:42.68) ... Ran a season-best 3:39.97 in a runner-up finish at the Pac-12 Championships ... Advanced to the semifinals of the 1,500 at the NCAA Championships. Indoor - Member of Oregon's NCAA champion distance medley relay squad (9:27.27) ... Was fourth in the 3,000 meters at the MPSF Championships ((7:53.16). Cross Country - In his 2015 Oregon debut, finished eighth overall and was Oregon's second place runner at the Washington Invitational in 23:27.2...Oregon's third runner and the 17th overall finisher at the Pac-12 Championships in 23:42.1...Oregon's fifth runner and 85th overall at the NCAA Championships in 30:51.0. Prep: Won six 5A Oregon state track and cross country titles for Summit High School and joined an exceptionally exclusive group by running a sub-4:00 mile as a prep runner…won the 5,000 at both the U.S. Junior National Championships (14:47.10) and the Pan American Junior Championships (14:20.58)…thrilling performance at the 2015 Oregon Twilight where he ran the mile in 3:59.38…became just the sixth high schooler to break 4:00; his time was the third-fastest ever by a prep runner…also had prep bests in the 1,500 (3:42.54) and 800 (1:51.81) as a senior…captured both the 1,500 and 3,000 meters at the state track and field championships his sophomore and junior seasons, running a 3:49.38 1,500 at the meet in 2014…in cross country, won the 5A state title in 2013 and 2014 after finishing second in 2012…took third at Foot Locker Nationals as a junior and second at Nike BorderClash as a senior…at the 2014 state meet, broke Galen Rupp’s legendary Oregon High School State Cross Country record, running 14:45 and finishing almost a minute ahead of second place.
