Jess Harlee joined the Oregon women's basketball staff prior to the 2017-18 season.
Harlee will serve as a graduate manager as she works toward her MBA at UO.
Harlee played collegiately at West Virginia. The Maryland native was a three-year captain for the Mountaineers. She was named the Arthur Ashe Jr. Female Sports Scholar of the Year as a junior in 2013. The award is given to the top female in collegiate athletics on the basis of academic excellence, athletic achievement and community activism.
