2004-05: Senior has a chance to contribute in her final year of eligibility, but will be in a battle for the fifth spot. Competed in one event -- the Stanford/Pepsi Intercollegiate -- during the fall. Worked with Queensland Golf Union during the summer
2003-04: Competed in six events and was sixth on the team with an 81.9 scoring average. Had a pair of top-25 finishes on the season. Tied for 22nd at the Lady vandal Fall Invitational (78-78-80-236). Recorded best finish since her freshman year by tying for 11th (81-77-76-234) at the Oregon Duck Invitational where she carded a season-low 76.
2002-03: Sophomore struggles led to appearances in just six events. Sixth on the team with an 83.0 stroke average. Best showing of the season was a tie for 34th at the Duck Invitational (80-79-80-239) that was also her only top 50 finish on 2002-03. Season’s low round of 78 came during the fall’s Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational.
2001-02: Only true freshman to play in all 10 events. Terrific run at the UCLA Bruin Classic where she tied for fifth at 73-78-71-222. Rallied for a career-best 71 in the final round of that tournament. Third on the team with an 80.4 stroke average. Tied for 48 at both the Spartan Invitational and Oregon Duck Invitational.
Before Oregon: A multi-sport athlete at John Paul College, lettering in golf, basketball, volleyball and netball. Captain of the golf team with a low round of 71. Three-time Met East regional team champion (1999-2000-2001). Individual Sea golf champion in 1999 and 2000.
Personal: Born Jessica Gabrielle Carlyon, January 22, 1984, in Brisbane, Australia. Parents are Anthony and Susan Carlyon. One older brother. Major is psychology.
