Bolton joined the Ducks after spending two seasons with the TCU Horned Frogs as an Associate Director of Football Human Performance. At TCU, he oversaw football field work, speed development, and return-to-play protocols.
In 2023, Bolton was selected by the LA Rams to join their staff as part of the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship, working with the Rams’ strength and conditioning staff throughout the NFL preseason.
The 2022 TCU Horned Frogs went undefeated in the regular season, becoming the first team from the Big 12 to win a College Football Playoff game and compete in a National Championship.
Prior to TCU, Bolton spent one season as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at the University of California, Berkeley, where he worked with the Bears’ football program.
From 2019 to 2021, Bolton served as Director of Athletic Performance Operations at Arkansas State University, where he trained multiple sports, including football, track & field, and bowling.
From 2017 to 2019, he was the Director of Football Strength and Conditioning and Wide Receivers Coach at NAIA powerhouse Baker University.
Bolton also served as an Assistant Athletics Performance Coach at Baylor University from 2015 to 2016, where he worked with football, track & field, volleyball, and softball.
He began his career at Prolific Athletes, a private training facility in San Diego, California, where he prepared collegiate football players for the NFL Combine.
A standout wide receiver at Baker University, Bolton earned All-Heart of America Conference honors and was named to the NAIA All-American Team. After college, he had a brief stint in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, followed by seasons in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and in the AFL with the LA KISS.
Bolton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Baker University in 2012 and his Master’s in Sports Management from Baker in 2019.
