Ducks Run Top Women's 4x4 at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Oregon women's 4x400 meter relay team ran the fastest time of the preliminary heats Thursday at the Penn Relays at Franklin Field.
The quartet of Devin Gosberry, Laura Roesler, Chizoba Okodogbe and Phyllis Francis ran 3:33.78, which advanced the Ducks on to Saturday's Penn Relays finals, where Oregon will face Texas A&M, Louisiana State, Illinois, Texas Tech, Ohio State, Hampton and Georgetown.
That time as also was the sixth-fastest time in school history.
Also at the Penn Relays Friday, senior Bronwyn Crossman finished 10th in the women's 5,000 meters in 16:44.22.
