Ducks Adjust Sunday Schedule Due to Weather

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon softball program has altered Sunday's scheduled doubleheader due to weather.

The Ducks will now play one, 10-inning game versus Southwestern Oregon Community College. First pitch will be at 10 a.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium. Admission is free.

Oregon was initially scheduled to play Oregon Tech and SWOCC on Sunday.

The team will still hold its annual Socktoberfest sock drive on Sunday. The Ducks are asking fans to bring new socks of any size from infant to adult.

As in previous years, the Ducks are partnering with Looking Glass Community Services for the sock drive. More than 1,000 pairs of socks have been collected each of the last three falls.
