BOSTON ? Boston senior Mary Beth Miller set the school's career assists record and sophomore Jenny Hauser led the Terriers with six goals and two assists as the Oregon Lacrosse team fell 19-8 in a non-conference match at Boston's Nickerson Field Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore Lindsay Killian led the Ducks with three goals and sophomore Jana Bradley chipped in a pair of goals and an assist.

The Ducks were down 11-4 at the half and looked to make a run after opening the second-half scoring with goals from freshman Ilsa van den Berg (:50), Killian (2:33), and Bradley (3:57) to close the gap to 11-7. However, the Terriers would prove equal to the early challenge and would respond with five straight goals and an 8-1 scoring run to end the game.

Sophomore goal keeper Anna Poponyak had nine saves for the Ducks in the effort. Poponyak and freshman Allison O'Brien faced a relentless Boston attack which out shot the Ducks, 39-17.

Theresa Waldron and Jen May rounded out the scoring for the Ducks. Redshirt freshman Alison Leiner led Oregon with two assists.

Miller's 96 career assists for the Terriers breaks the old mark of 95 held by Alyssa Trudel.

The loss breaks the Ducks' two-game winning streak and drops them to 8-7 overall. The Terriers move to 10-3 overall and extend their home winning streak to 20 games.

Oregon returns to conference play as they close out the regular season against California at Pape' Field on April 30 at 11:00 a.m. The game will mark the first-ever televised Oregon Lacrosse match as it will be shown across the state on Comcast 14, part of the Oregon Sports Network.

Oregon will then host the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation conference tournament May 5-7 at Pape' Field.
