Game 8 • No. 10 Oregon vs. No. 4 USC • Oct. 31, 2009
•Oregon has won four straight games against top 10 teams at Autzen Stadium and is 9-2 vs. the top 25 at home since 2005.
•JR QB Jeremiah Masoli rushed for at least one touchdown for the 12th time in his last 14 games and now has 18 TDs in 19 career games as a Duck.
•Masoli's 3-yard TD run gave him 1,000 career yards at Oregon.
•The 13-yard touchdown catch by JR WR Jamere Holland was the first of his career. Holland transferred to Oregon from USC in 2007.
•UO is 8-of-8 on fourth down conversions in Pac-10 play.
•FR RB LaMichael James ran for a UO freshman-best 183 yards and tied Sean Burwell's (1990) frosh record of five 100-yard rushing games.
•Masoli's 100-plus yard rushing game was the third of his career. He finished with 164.
•The Ducks had two 100-yard runners for the first time since last year's Holiday Bowl vs. Oklahoma State (Masoli 127, Jeremiah Johnson 119).
•Oregon's 47-point effort was the team's highest total against USC in 56 all-time meetings (34-27 win in 1987 and 34-0 win in 1915).
•Nine of SO TE David Paulson's 10 catches have gone for 1st downs and UO has scored on nine of the 10 drives in which he has a reception.
•Oregon failed to score first for the third straight game - all opposing field goals.
•SR PK Morgan Flint had a career-best four field goals (4-for-4) and tied his career-high with 17 points (4 FG, 5 PAT).
•The Ducks became the first team to defeat USC by more than 11 points in the Pete Carroll era, dating to 2001.
•UO ran its consecutive sellout streak to 66 games with a school and State of Oregon record of 59,592.
•Oregon is 5-0 to start conference play for the second time in the last 52 years (2000).
•The Ducks set season highs for total offense (613), rushing yards (391).
•SR FS T.J. Ward intercepted his first pass of the season on the game's final play.
•No current UO player had ever scored a touchdown vs. USC before Saturday, when five different Ducks found the end zone.
•ESPN College GameDay made its fourth visit to Eugene for the Pac-10 showdown.
