No. 4 Stanford Tops Oregon Women, 68-49

STANFORD, Calif. (AP) -- Nnemkadi Ogwumike scored 13 points and Sarah Boothe added 11 to help No. 4 Stanford overcome a slow start and rout Oregon 68-49 on Saturday.
It was the ninth straight win for Stanford (22-4, 13-1 Pac-10). The Cardinal improved to 22-1 all-time against Oregon at Maples and beat the Ducks (9-17, 5-10) for the ninth straight time overall.
Taylor Lilley scored 12 points and Micaela Cocks added 10 for the Ducks, who have lost six of their past seven games.
Oregon took a 12-6 lead, but Stanford outscored the Ducks 30-4 the remainder of the half to build a commanding 36-16 advantage and cruised from there.
