On the game:
“It wasn't as pretty as I would have liked it to be, but I'll take it. We play Azusa Pacific in two weeks and I hope to clean some stuff up before the next time we meet.”
On attendance of 1,049:
“The crowd was great. We feed off of the crowd and the noise. We like it and we hope they come back. I hope we double attendance next time.”
On debuting at Matt Knight:
“It was great. We definitely have room for improvement, but we did a really good job with the production. The video crew did a great job with the videos of the players explaining the event.”
On changing the governing body for the sport:
“It is a definite plus. It is all part of becoming part of the NCAA and it gives us standards across the board. The new governing body offers safety certifications.”
Second season versus first season:
“There is a better attitude on the sideline and more leadership on the floor. We are going to be even better next year because we have a lot of talent coming from the bottom up.”

“We really showed up in tumbling today. The other stunt elements really stepped up and picked up the slack also.”

“It was so much fun, all the smiles and the crowd. They really helped us. It was my first home meet and we put on a show, I'm so proud of my team. We did a great job.”
