Oregon Postgame Notebook – Game 2 vs. Nevada

JR QB Darron Thomas set a new Oregon record for touchdown passes in a half with five and equaled the school mark for total TD passes with six, which had been done three times previously – last by Joey Harrington vs. Arizona State, Nov. 3, 2001.
JR RB LaMichael James become the first UO player on record to score touchdowns rushing, receiving and returning in the same game. The 58-yard punt return for a TD was a career-long and his first score on a return of any kind.
The interception by SO LB Boseko Lokombo was the first of his career and resulted in his second-career touchdown on a 67-yard return.
FR RB De'Anthony Thomas had a game-high 204 all-purpose yards, including team-highs 81 rushing and 93 receiving. Both of his catches went for touchdowns (24 and 69 yards).
Oregon's first interception of the season was also the first of FR CB Troy Hill's career.
After four turnovers in Week 1 vs. No. 4 LSU, the Ducks did not turn the ball over while accumulating three interceptions on defense.
UO's 69 points and 49-point margin of victory were the most since a 69-0 blanking of Portland State last season.
Oregon has now won 17 consecutive games at Autzen Stadium, dating to 2008.
34 Ducks were credited with tackles in the game, including a career-high 12 from JR LB Michael Clay.
The Ducks have now eclipsed the 50-point mark seven times in 28 games under Chip Kelly.
JR WR Rahsaan Vaughn, FR TE Colt Lyerla and De. Thomas each had their first receiving touchdowns as Ducks.
JR RB Kenjon Barner and SO WR Josh Huff were not in uniform for the Ducks.
SO PK Alejandro Maldonado handled placekicking duties for the first time, connecting on 11 kickoffs for 731 yards and converting 9-of-9 PATs.
The game marked the 75^th consecutive sellout at Autzen Stadium, dating to 1999. The last non-sellout was Sept. 18, 1999 vs. Nevada.
