Clark Tied for First, Ducks Fifth Through Two Rounds in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas – The Oregon men's golf team moved up two spots on the leaderboard to fifth in a field of 15 at the Nike Collegiate Invitational at the Colonial Country Club (285-280—565, +5).
The Ducks' 280 on the day positioned them one away from fourth place Oklahoma (273-291—564, +4) and gives the team a one-stroke advantage over Southern California (283-283—566, +6).
Redshirt senior Wyndham Clark soared to the top of the pack after firing a 4-under 66 and is currently tied with Stanford's Maverick McNealy for first. McNealy is the world's top-ranked amateur.
Sophomore Edwin Yi finished within the top 10 and at -1 and is tied for eighth with Gavin Hall (Texas), Patrick Martin (Vanderbilt), Frank Garber (Washington) and Cameron Young (Wake Forest).
Today, freshman Roberto Lebrija fired a 73 to finish 3-over, while redshirt senior Sulman Raza shot a 74 and sophomore Sam Foust shot 75, to round out the Oregon lineup. The two are +9 and +13 away from par, respectively.
