Oregon Lands 11 On Pac-12 All-Conference Teams

EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon senior defensive lineman Jalen Jelks and junior all-purpose/special team player Brenden Schooler have been named first-team All-Pac-12 Conference in a vote of the league's coaches, while nine other Ducks earned either second-team or honorable mention honors.
Junior linebacker Troy Dye, junior offensive lineman Shane Lemieux and junior wide receiver Dillon Mitchell all earned second-team honors. Senior safety Ugochukwu Amadi, junior center Jake Hanson, senior linebacker Justin Hollins, sophomore defensive lineman Jordon Scott, freshman offensive lineman Penei Sewell and junior offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton all claimed honorable mention recognition.

- Only Oregon player to earn first-team honors each of the last two seasons.
- One of just five players on the 2018 All-Pac-12 Conference Team to be a first-team all-league pick each of the last two years.
- Has 15 catches for 146 yards and a touchdown over the last six games.
- Caught first touchdown of the season at Arizona (Oct. 27, 2018).

Troy Dye, 6-4, 224, Jr., Linebacker
- Named second-team All-Pac-12 Conference in both 2017 and 2018.
- Claimed honorable mention all-league honors in 2016.
- Is the 15th player in program history to reach 300 career tackles.
- The first Oregon player with 100 tackles in back-to-back seasons since Michael Clay (2011-12).
- Became first Duck with double-digits in tackles in five straight games since Mark Kearns in 1987.
- Leads the team with 107 tackles.
- Eighth in the conference in total tackles.
- Has led Oregon in tackles in 19 of 36 career games.
- Tied for second in program history with 17 career games with double-digits in tackles.
- Ranks fourth among FBS juniors with 305 career tackles.

- One of just five Power 5 players to lead his team in tackles in 2016 and 2017.
Shane Lemieux, 6-4, 317, Jr., Offensive Lineman
- Fourth ranked offensive lineman (No. 1 guard) in the Pac-12 and No. 4 guard nationally, according to PFF.
- Has started 37 straight games at left guard.
- Hasn't allowed a sack or hit on the QB this season.
- Named to PFF All-Pac-12 Team after BGSU, PSU, Cal and OSU games.
Dillon Mitchell, 6-2, 189, Jr., Wide Receiver
- Just 27 receiving yards and nine receptions away from breaking program single-season records for each category.
- Added to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List on Nov. 5.
- A second-team All-Pac-12 selection.
- Has a catch in 17 straight games.
- Leads the Pac-12 and 15th in the FBS with 1,114 receiving yards.
- Led the league with 63 receptions and 1,016 receiving yards in conference play.
- One of two players in the Pac-12 this year to have three consecutive 100-yard receiving games.
- First player in school history to have 100 receiving yards in three straight games two separate times in a season.
- Caught 14 passes for 239 yards - both the second-most in a single-game in program history - vs. Stanford (Sept. 22, 2018).
All-Pac-12 Conference Honorable Mention
Ugochukwu Amadi, 5-10, 201, Sr., Safety
- Named honorable mention All-Pac-12 Conference in both 2017 and 2018.
- One of two FBS players with an interception return touchdown and a punt return touchdown this season - first Pac-12 player to accomplish the feat since Adoree Jackson (USC) in 2015.
- Averaging 16.5 yards over his 13 punt returns.
- Named the Pac-12 Special Teams Player of the Week following the win over UCLA after returning a punt 56 yards for a TD in the first quarter.
- Punt return vs. UCLA (Nov. 3, 2018) was Oregon's first since 2015.
- Named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week after picking off two passes, returning one for a touchdown, and making seven solo tackles at California (Sept. 29, 2018).
- Conference's active career interception leader with eight.
Jake Hanson, 6-5, 297, Jr., Center
- Named honorable mention All-Pac-12 Conference in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- 34 consecutive starts streak at center snapped at Utah (Sat first half for targeting violation in UCLA game).
- Named to PFF national and Pac-12 teams of the week after Oregon State game.
- Named to watch list for both Outland Trophy and the Rimington Trophy.
- Two-time Academic All-Pac-12.
Justin Hollins, 6-5, 242, Sr., Linebacker
- One of 13 FBS players with five sacks and four forced fumbles in 2018.
- Only FBS player with a full sack in the first four games of the season.

- Set career-highs in tackles (7) and tackles for loss (1.5) vs. Bowling Green (Sept. 1, 2018).

- Rated the sixth-best Pac-12 defensive lineman against the run with a grade of 83.5 percent in 2017, according to Pro Football Focus.

- First Oregon true freshman offensive lineman to earn all-league honors.
- First Oregon freshman offensive lineman to earn all-league honors since Jake Hanson and Calvin Throckmorton did it as redshirt freshman in 2016.
- Started first six games before suffering injury vs. Washington.
- Named to PFF Pac-12 team of the week after Portland State.
- First true freshman offensive lineman to start season opener since 1997.
- One of nine true freshmen nationally to start their team's season opener on the offensive line.
Calvin Throckmorton, 6-5, 318, Jr., Offensive Lineman
- Named honorable mention All-Pac-12 Conference in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
- Has played 4 positions (RT, LT, LG, C) during 2018 season.
- Top ranked tackle in the Pac-12 and No. 3 in the country, according to PFF.
- Has allowed just one sack in his last 30 games and 2,232 snaps.
- Has made 37 consecutive starts along the offensive line with 28 at RT, 5 at LT, 3 at RG and 1 at C (at Utah).
- CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 in both 2017 and 2018.
