No. 8 Ducks Open Final Regular Season Weekend at Arizona State

EUGENE, Ore. - The No. 8 ranked Oregon women's basketball team opens the final weekend of the regular season on Friday at Arizona State with a Pac-12 championship within reach.
The Ducks and Sun Devils tip at 5 PM PT on Friday on Pac-12 Networks. Oregon closes the regular season on Sunday at Arizona.
#8 OREGON DUCKS (25-4, 14-2 Pac-12)

Notable: After a wild weekend the Ducks a one-game lead in the Pac-12 standings, looking for their first title since the 1999-2000 season. HEBARD SETS NCAA CONSECUTIVE FG RECORD
- Going into last Monday's game against UCLA, Ruthy Hebard had already made an incredible 30 straight field goals, a new NCAA record. She hit her first three shots versus the Bruins to extend her record to 33, the most consecutive field goals in either men's or women's NCAA basketball.
- The previous mark was 28 straight made shots, set by Southern Utah's Myndee Kay Larsen in 1998.
- The men's record was 30, set by Yale's Brandon Sherrod in 2016.
- Hebard made her last six shots at Washington on Feb. 9 and set a UO single-game record by going 12-for-12 at Washington State on Feb. 11. Hebard matched her own record in the the next game, when she went 12-for-12 again in a double-overtime win against USC on Feb. 16. She then started the game 3-for-3 against UCLA on Feb. 19 before missing a tough shot in the paint in the second quarter.
HEBARD SETS UO FG PERCENTAGE RECORD
- Sophomore Ruthy Hebard went 12-for-12 from the floor against Washington State on Feb. 11, setting a new UO single-game field goal percentage record.
- She did it again in the very next game, going 12-for-12 in a double-overtime win against USC on Feb. 16.

HEBARD FIVE TIMES PERFECT
- Forward Ruthy Hebard has been perfect from the floor in five games this season.
- She went 10-of-10 at Texas A&M on Nov. 16, 7-for-7 against Eastern Washington on Nov. 21, 9-for-9 against Arizona State on Jan. 14 and then 12-for-12 against both WSU on Feb. 11 and USC on Feb. 16.
HEBARD, IONESCU JOIN 1K CLUB TOGETHER
Sophomores Sabrina Ionescu and Ruthy Hebard, who were roommates as freshman at UO, both joined the 1,000-point club in a win at Washington State on Feb. Hebard tallied 16 points in the first half to reach the 1K mark by halftime while Ionescu reached the milestone on a jumper in the fourth quarter. They joined former star Jillian Alleyne as the only player in UO history to reach 1,000 career points as sophomores.
CAZORLA MAKES IT FOUR IN 1K CLUB
- Junior Maite Cazorla reached 1,000 career points in Oregon's overtime win over No. 10 UCLA on Feb. 19. Cazorla did it in 99 career games.
- Senior Lexi Bando reached 1,000 career points last year as a junior while Sabrina Ionescu and Ruthy Hebard both reached 1K points on Feb. 11 at Washington State. Bando reached the 1K threshold in the Ducks' Pac-12 Tournament upset of Washington last year.
- With Cazorla, Ionescu, Hebard and Bando all in the 1K club, the Ducks join Notre Dame, UConn and Ohio State as the only teams in the country with four active 1,000 point scorers.
