No. 5 Ducks Visit USC Friday Night

EUGENE, Ore. - The No. 5 ranked Oregon women's basketball team will meet USC at 8 PM on Friday night for its first Pac-12 road game of the season.

Sabrina Ionescu's first assist on Friday at USC will give her 608 in her career, breaking the UO career record of 607 set by Lauri Landerholm in 1987. Ionescu posted 10 assists in Sunday's win vs. Washington State, matching the record. Maite Cazorla is just behind Ionescu with 598 assists.

Ionescu was tied with BYU's Kyle Collinsworth for the all-time NCAA lead, both men's or women's, at 12 before tallying 17 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists against the Falcons. She extended her own record in the very next game, with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists on Dec. 21 vs. UC Irvine.
