EUGENE, Ore. – The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) announced the 2024 schedule Tuesday afternoon, with Oregon's schedule consisting of six regular season meets including three contests at home.
"'Faceless opponent'—that's our motto this season," Oregon head coach Taylor Susnara said. "We're training to be better than we were yesterday and are focusing on improving one thing at a time. We have a fresh team that's eager to make their mark and I'm looking forward to getting the 2024 season started."
For the first time since 2021 Oregon will open the season at Matthew Knight Arena as the Ducks welcome Hawai'i Pacific on Feb. 11. UO then hit the road for the first time for a test against defending national champion Baylor in Waco, Texas, on Feb. 25.
March begins with a home contest against Quinnipiac on the 16th before a rematch with Hawai'i Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii, on the 24th. The final home meet of the season for the Ducks will take place April 5 as Baylor makes a return trip to Eugene. The regular season concludes on the road for Oregon as it travels to face Azusa Pacific on April 9.
This season's NCATA National Championships will be held at Fairmont State in Fairmont, W.Va., from April 25-28. The NCATA National Championship will be held on Saturday followed by the National Event Finals on Sunday.
Oregon is looking to continue its rise under Susnara, who is now in her third year in charge of the program. Last season the Ducks posted a 6-3 record and returned to the NCATA National Championship meet after missing out in 2022. Tickets for the upcoming season will be made available in early 2024
