Football Practice Report: Oct. 1
10/01/24 | Football
The Ducks are preparing to host Michigan State in Autzen Stadium on Friday (6 p.m., FOX).
The Oregon football team was in full pads for practice Tuesday, a vital work day for the Ducks given the short week.
The UO football team is preparing to play on Friday night, when the No. 6 Ducks will host Michigan State in Autzen Stadium. The game will kick off at 6 p.m., and will be televised by FOX.
Following Tuesday's practice, local media met with linebacker Jeffrey Bassa, linebacker Bryce Boettcher and edge defender Teitum Tuioti. Video of those interviews is embedded below.

Some highlights from the players …
Bassa on his status after being limited the last few weeks: "Feeling good, feeling like myself again. I'm at 100 percent, ready to roll. … Unfortunate situation; I kind of just got rolled up on (during the Idaho game). So they took precaution going into those next couple games. But now I'm ready to roll."
Boettcher on his interception last week at UCLA: "It felt real good. I was playing our coverage, trying to just deny inside. He broke outside so I made a break on the play, and the quarterback threw it a little behind him. I was in a good spot at the right time, made a good play on it."
Tuitoti on the short turnaround time between games: "We're good. We got Sunday to rest, and I think we're ready to go. We're installing our game plan. We feel good."
