Men's Golf Signs Adam Anderson

EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon men's golf head coach Casey Martin announced the addition of sophomore transfer Adam Anderson, who joins the Ducks after one season at Oklahoma.
Adam is a very accomplished player, Martin said. We recruited him heavily out of high school, but he ultimately chose Oklahoma. When he entered the transfer portal, it took me about 10 seconds to get on the phone and try to bring him to Oregon. I expect him to make a big impact for us.
Anderson competed in three tournaments as a freshman for the Sooners before suffering a season-ending injury early in the spring. The Ventura, California native also recorded a runner-up finish at the Nipomo Amateur Championship in January.
A former top-100 recruit in the Class of 2025, Anderson was ranked No. 78 nationally by Junior Golf Scoreboard and won three Patrick Cantlay Series titles.
Anderson tied the Toyota Tour Cup record with a 10-under 61, matching NCAA individual champion Matt Wolff for the lowest round in tournament history. He also earned Ventura County Junior Golf Association Player of the Year honors and advanced to the quarterfinals of the California State Amateur Championship.
